It’s not the super sweet, artificial-tasting big brand ginger ale, nor is it the biting-into-a-ginger-root experience that a lot of the ‘artisan’ ginger ales seem to aim for, completely neglecting any amount of carbonation in the ill-advised quest for the strongest ginger flavor.

Kinja'd!!!

F evertree is... Just right. A presumably very carefully chosen amount of carbonation that seems to be as tingly/sharp/biting as possible *without* overloading the somewhat light flavor profile. And just as they nailed the carbonation, Fevertree chose precisely the right amount of ginger. You get the somewhat unique flavor without feeling like you stuffed a handful of raw herbs and spices into your mouth. With a noticeably less sugary taste than the big-box brands, this stuff leaves behind no cloying aftertaste.

The only downside... $6.50 for a 4-pack of 6.8oz bottles. That’s pretty spendy dollar-per-ounce for a glorified mixer. Guess I’ll be making sure to enjoy each and every sip.

last year the tonic was on sale at target for 2.99. I ended up buying 5 packs of the various flavors .

Costco has big packs that aren't that expensive.

I really need to get a Costco membership. Speaking of grocery stores... I went to a winco for the first time and now I wish there was one closer than Lynnwood. That place has everything at like 1/2 price of the local chains

Winco is the best! Same name-brand shit you can buy everywhere else for considerably less. Also, go to the Marysville location, not the Silver Lake one. Their bulk foods section is superior and they have Sriracha Poke!

I love the ‘less sugar’ Tonic they make.  I usually make 2 or 3 drinks from each bottle (I go with a splash of club soda and a splash of tonic, so as to still taste the gin) so the price isn’t too bad.  Well worth it either way.

They do a good range of tonics and other mixers. I’m not a tonic person but their cola and lemonade is good.

They also do gin and tonic gift sets. One we do at work is £12.00. It’s four 50ml bottles of different gins and four 200ml bottles of Fever Tree tonics .

Which was great for my step-father at christmas and new years as he doesn’t really drink so I wasn’t wasting a bottle of gin to sit there forever, plus he had a little choice on what he fancied.

Yeah, Fever Tree is great stuff but pricey. Their tonics are amazing; if you drink gin + tonic, or just enjoy a cold tonic water w/ice, they have a number of different options.

I saw large bottles (like 750mL or so) in a grocery store in Vermont this week. I’ve never seen them here in Canada, only the small 4-packs.

It’s British lemonade which is a carbonated not strong lemon flavoured drink which is good as a mixer as well by itself as opposed to American lemonade.
